I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Easy Plaza Hotel in downtown Kuala Lumpur. While the hotel had its charms, my overall experience was greatly disappointing. Despite its high price, the hotel did not provide top-notch service. The staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating, which made for an unpleasant stay.
